This pastel was created plein air … the paper was salmon colored La Carte which glows through the pastel marks. The light was warm and the profusion of flowers was breathtaking. The edges of Soda Lake’s meandering shoreline created a striking pattern as it caught the sunset light. It is 12 × 19 and available unframed.
